Join Our Team as a Behavioral Health Therapist

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at the Santa Clara Clinic in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, as well as individual, couples, and family therapy for patients.
- Coordinate seamlessly with non-physician providers to ensure comprehensive psychiatric care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters, promptly recording both direct and attempted contacts.
- Employ proficient psychotherapeutic modalities to address a spectrum of disorders, with a keen focus on childhood conditions.
- Reassess patients periodically and adapt treatment plans as required to achieve optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Current Texas License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in psychotherapy.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, to better serve our diverse community.
