Therapist - Clinic Based/Hybrid Schedule (LSC) - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with non-physician providers to ensure holistic psychiatric care.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters, promptly recording both direct and attempted contacts.
  • Employ proficient psychotherapeutic modalities to address a spectrum of disorders, emphasizing childhood conditions.
  • Reassess patients periodically and adapt treatment plans as required to achieve optimal outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
  • Fully licensed in Texas as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, with bilingual Spanish being preferred.
